Writing

As a copy, speech, and business writer, Mike writes on a tremendous variety of topics for a diverse range of clients. He has written about nearly everything – from knitting to NASCAR, food to first families, sports, human interest, politics, self-help, and travel. His freelance articles and features have appeared in leading (and local) magazines, his corporate work delivered on business’ biggest shareholder stages, his analytical work on TED and TEDx stages, and his non-fiction has filled pages of biographies published and read across continents. Along with a selected team of assistants, he also provides research, content development and coordination, and editing services.

When the book was still an idea, Mike was approached by co-author, Erik Weihenmayer, to provide an organizational structure that helped blend the two co-author’s styles and strengths.
